The challenge
Four clinics, one brand and almost no visibility in Google’s map results. Most enquiries came by phone during busy hours and many were never called back.
Our approach
We rebuilt each location’s Google Business Profile, launched location pages and a review programme, ran tightly geo-targeted Google Ads, and added a WhatsApp flow that books, confirms and reminds patients automatically.
